Steps to do Akarna Dhanurasana
- Akarna Dhanurasana is done in the sitting position on a plain surface. So follow the steps As per bellow:
- First of all, sit on the plain surface In a relaxed position.
- I begin the posture lets stretch our legs forward just like staff pose and just adjust your seat bones in order to stretch your legs first
- And then prepare the posture you’re going to take your left arm and hold your big toe of the left leg.
- Keep your left leg straight
- Just hold your toe and pull the left foot to your face and slowly slide with right hand to reach your big toe of right foot.
- And its important to your right leg is firmly on the ground at the straight position. Don’t bend your knees.
- Now move your left leg to your left ear.
- So by doing the above step don’t do to get ideal condition it comes when you practice regularly this Akarna Dhanurasna.
- Exhale and inhaling when lifting Right leg with left hand.
- Keep your body and neck straight while doing this Asana.
- Now you should stay in the bow position for 15-20 seconds.
- Now exhale and return to your original position.
- You should Repeat Akrna Dhanurasana With your right and left foot Alternatively.
- Remember that you should Repeat this pose for at least twice with each leg.
- while doing this Akrna Dhanurasana Continue normal Breathing.
